Tom Holder

Tom Holder is the founder of the pro-animal research advocacy group Speaking of Research. At the time of our interview, Tom was the press officer for Pro-Test (which per the website is no longer active). You can follow Tom @tomholder.

We met with Tom (and Laurie Pycroft, Pro-Test founder) in the city of Oxford in the United Kingdom. I was grateful that Tom, Laurie and David agreed to interviews, because my requests for interviews were denied by the major US laboratories and pro-animal research groups in the US. This was another opportunity for me to listen to opposing ideas, and while I didn’t convert to their point of view, I quite enjoyed this interview.
